hmm so i wake up this morning to see my favourite bands cd leaked 2months early. so that was pretty much the best start to the day ever. time for the grind!
before i know it im $300 under ev and $650 down. wow so sick. somehow i won it all back though. break even for the day but im not complaining!
how did i lose so much at the start. umm KK < AQ all in pf, AK < QQ all in pf, top 2 verse set bottom set, TT < QQ to a mega fish. he opens for $5 then straight up shoves a low flop, had to call....
played a tiny bit of omaha. got stacked 200bb deep. what you think?
seems like a good flop to get it in, but i guess what worse hand is calling? maybe i shouldnt 4bet if i cant get in 50% of my stack. i duno...
went to pokersoc the other day. was a donk fest. i got knocked out pretty early. i reraised a half stack all in with AKs and he had AA. then i shoved over 2 limps with KQ in late position. some guy loks my up with A5 but i hit a K. then i get KK early, bet call a Jxx flop all clubs, guy has AJ with flush draw and hits to knock me out.
then i played luke heads up which was fun. i hit some good hands and stacked him like 4 times. then he made a bit of a comeback and the stacks were roughly $80 to me, $40 to him. i got QQ in the bb and just call his raise as i hadnt been 3betting much. check raise a T high flop to just over 3x his c-bet. i thought it would look bluffy, such a dry flop so i was repping a flush draw by betting bigger. hoped id induce a bluff or get looked up light. he reraises kinda small but it commits him so i shove. he has AA again when i have QQ for the third time in a row!! im so disgusted i put out the turn and river with the wrong deck hahaha. then lukes like "wait man u did the wrong deck". he deals a new turn and them BAM river brings the two outter! so gross. then he quit and i dont blame him haha.
