another home game. was played mostly 5 handed which was awesome. i lost $140 which wasnt awesome haha. my memory is fairley crap but here is what i remember.
first hand and i suck out on luke which rocked. i had KTs and he 3bet me and we r 3 handed, im in sb i guess cause i was oop. i call and flop is a dry king high. im like its the first hand so im going with this one, even if i lose it will be hillarious. so i shove turn cause luke bet and left me with like $20 and to be honest i thought i was behind but i was really badly crushed when he flipped his better kicker and flush draw, but o well suckout!
then i had my favourite hand verse big red. he raised and it was 4way to the flop, i completed $1 in the bb with T2s. flop is like 259 or something raggy and i have a pair and flush draw. big red c-bets and i raise of course. he insta raises me but its pretty small. such a huge tell when he insta raises i seen him do i several times so im really happy to shove my $100. he calls pretty quick cause im sure it looked like im on a draw but flips the 72 so i have him crushed big time. even if he thinks im on a draw at best he is 50% verse my overs and flush so i really dont like this call lol. big red doesnt like me playing back at him though thats for sure.
i have a huge stack but get way too loose, like calling with nothing to try bluff the turn when its probly not a good idea and stuff. and i probly value bet too thin cause i hat checking behind to win the pot and eneded up value owning myself several times. i lost a lame pot to luke where he bluffed me good, i have 98 and we are on a flop of 356 rainbow. luke cbets and i rase his $7 to $20. everyone thought this was really small for some reason but its basically 3X. i duno y but i was just convinced he was really weak. he calls and i pick up a flush draw on the turn and bet $30, he shoves pretty quick from heaps more. any pair and i would of insta called but i had 9 high ffs. i counted my outs and included my overs as being good lol but he had shoved so much it was a borderline call and i didnt want to look like a fool if his J high or something scoops a brick river. so i fold sigh
lost $100 to tim. hit 2 pair on a 3flush board and he reraised so i shoved, marginal play but i dont wana just call so it was fold or shove. maybe if i thought about it more i could have found a fold but its so hard to flop a flush and i wanted to gamble. tim could do this with a pair of Aces with the A of diamonds or straight up bluff.
i got JJ oop verse tim and just called in the sb. he cbets Qxx and i call. A on the turn and he bets big. i think he bluffs here alot but could also have a weak A or Q whiich he would bet anyway 'to take it down' as they say. so i think i can rep a huge hand and just turn my JJ into a bluff and he mucks pretty quick. the only monster he can likely have is AQ. maybe AK it would be a tough call even then. plus its a live home game, no one gets good hands.
actually my most exciting hand was one which never happened! i have 33 on the button and time raises lukes limp to $3. i dont wana set mine for $3 cause he probly has a shit hand, so i go for the easy 3bet to take it down no contest. bloody sam folds AQ in the bb and tim folds AJ. and i do something i never do. i look at what the flop was. god dam i hit my set on an A high flop, turn brings trip A for both players! would have got in verse tim on the turn guaranteed and maybe sam. then sam would have sucked out with a Q on the river. man that hand would have been epic.
um wat else, i bluffed tim off top pair. i had 8T and cbet an A8x flop in position, he reraises and i re-reraise him. he does this with weak A all the time for some reason. then wen u fold he shows and says I PUT U ON QQ. its the weirdest thing but anyway he folds his A rag. another thing about tim. if i had just called behind and tryed to bluff turn or something he would call cause he just thinks it looks weak, maybe he doesnt understand pot control which is what id do if i had AK. a good example was another hand we played. im oop with 89 and flop is 952 all clubs or similar to that. i check call and a club lower than the 9 comes on turn. i check call again thinking im good. A hits on the river and i just know this hit him. so i turn my hand into a bluff thinking i can so easily rep a medium flush here on the 4flush board. of course he snaps his pair of Aces and gives me some crap speech about how id raise turn if i had a flush. i would never do this deep without an A high flush but anyway...
some further tim badness (not to sound like im picking on tim but he does some crazy bad shit sometimes) was when he stacks off deep with AA again. i didnt see it but luke stacks him with a straight for like $150-$200 which is just stupid on tims part. anoyingly i get AA, i think it was after this hand and all 4 ppl call. then i bet fold a really bad QJ9 flush draw board or similar. now here i think a fold is right nearly every time after its 5 way and im almost definately crushed or flipping. tim laughed at me but mcuked quickly im sure he had me or at least had pair + draw type hand.
sam was playing shallow for most of the night which was annoying cause its hard to bluff him, but i did 4bet bluff him once with A4 and was going to have to call if he shoved but he didnt luckily. i nearly did it again with 72 but folded and the sb shows JJ and sam shows QQ lol. i didnt 3bet that much actually but i did bluff probably too much cause i was kinda card dead. i got AA twice but i folded that one before and another time everyone just folded pf to me which was really gay. oh my best hand was AK when i turned a straight and i played it too fast but i thought luke had a strong hand, turns out he had a pretty good one but made a nice fold.
one last hand i remember was the tripple straddle was on. tim opens for $10 and i 3bet him in position (j5o). i assume i have no respect here but i wanted to play this one hard cause i gave him no respect also. K high flop and im guna jam if he donks, but he just shoves 3X pot all in. good play i guess but it had to be the most obvious bluff/draw in the world and i had J high. god dam son
i think to sum up my night i played too loose and didnt have a hand when people got crazy on me to make my image pay off (except for when i had T2 lol). but i was still probly one of the funnest cash games i been to in a while cause there was just so much bluffing. even the old luke is back shoving his stack in like a mad man!

Yup, tim always stacks off with AA deep. I remember getting it in with top 2 (86) or so on a 86x board vs his KK 400bb deep. Unfourtunatly it was only 10/20c. I think he hasnt had many hands, i.e. played online at all.
